How many dogs can I bring? - We allow up to 6 dogs for £10/£7/£5 slots. You may bring 7/8 dogs for £2 extra as an add on when booking
Do you offer discounts? – Yes we do! You can purchase a package of 10 slots and received 10% off. The slots are then held in your account until you have booked and used all them all
How do I book? - All bookings are done on our online system. First you choice if you would like an hour, 40 minutes (Battle only) or ½ a hour (Hankham only) walk. Which field you would like to walk in. Which day you would like the walk and then the system will show you what starting times we have available that day.
How far in advance can I book? – You can book up to a year in advance
What is your cancellation policy? – As our system is run online you can reschedule your own slots up to 12 hours before you slot.
Can i reschedule my appointment for a different field? - Unfortunately the system at present will not allow you to do this yourself, please contact us and we will be happy to manually do this for you.
Will we meet other dogs? - Your booking is a private booking just for you in the secure field, however at our Battle site we do have 2 fields that join along one fence line. The fence is screened but please consider if this is suitable for your dog before booking. If you require a walk with no other dogs in the joining field please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you do gift vouchers? – Yes we do, these can be purchased via the online booking system
Do you have toys at the field? – We don’t supply toys, but you are welcome to bring them with you. Please take them home with you after your slot.
What about the poo? - We have free eco friendly poo bags & poo bins around the field
