Please take the time to read through our term & conditions & field safety information below. This document also covers our data protection policy.
Freedom Fields accept no liability for any injury to persons or animals resulting from use of the equipment or facilities.
Availability of Freedom Field is on a first come, first served basis.
You must pick up after your dog. Repeat offenders will be banned.
You are not to leave your dog unattended in the field.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, you will still be charged. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
All gates must be closed at all times.
You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour at all times.
Freedom Fields does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left unattended on these premises.
All vehicles & contents are left at owners own risk.
Banned Breeds
If booking a slot with a banned breed you must adhere to the follow -
1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is supplied to Freedom Fields.
2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is supplied to Freedom Fields.
3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household.
4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
5. The dog is Micro Chipped.
6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering and leaving the field.
7. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field.
8 If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler.
9 If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler.
FAILURE TO COMPLIE TO THE ABOVE BANNED BREED RULES WILL RESULT IN A IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL FREEDOM FIELDS, FIELDS.
Cancellation Policy
Freedom Fields operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.
No shows and cancellations UNDER 24 hours will still be charged.
If Freedom Fields needs to cancel a booking you have made, 24 hours’ notice will be given
Complaints
We take complaints very seriously. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, then please contact Kelly Clarke direct on 07738846177 or Anne Duggins on 07599382420 who will happily talk any issues through with you.
Privacy Policy
All information obtained by forms is strictly confidential in line with GDPR regulations. Our computers are password encrypted & all paperwork is locked in a secure office ensuring that your information is kept confidential at all times. We do not share your details with anyone else & if we do we will seek your permission beforehand.
Your email address is requested in order to use our online booking system.
If you decide to stop using Freedom Fields for any reason, you can request for your data to be erased. This would need to be put in writing to Kelly Clarke or Anne Duggins at: info@freedomfields.org.uk
Your dog’s microchip number is requested as your dog must be microchipped by law.
This list is not exhaustive - it will be added to & amended as required. It is your responsibility to read our terms and conditions prior to every booking.
FIELD SAFETY & INFORMATION
FIELD SAFETY & INFORMATION
A human and dog first aid kit in available on site, in the field shelter for emergencies.
Although reasonable effort has been made to secure the field and regular checks are carried out, it is possible for determined dogs to escape. Risk of rabbits or foxes burrowing under the fence is a possibility. The field is secured with 5/6 foot fences.
The equipment is for canine use only.
Freedom Fields will not take any responsibility for any human injury caused by using said equipment.
There is a locks on the inside of the gate for you to shut whilst you are using the field. If anyone enters the field during your allotted time, please contact either Kelly on 07738846177, or Anne on 07599382420
Please keep the field clean and tidy. Do not litter. No picnics. No children playing with balls unless it is with the dogs.
Please bring your own water and bowls. A container with fresh water and spare bowls will be by the gate for emergencies.
It is a strict requirement that you must pick up after your dog/s. There are poo bags and bins onsite.
Other information
We recommend that your dog/s are immunized and wormed and you do not bring your dog/s when they are ill. Under no circumstances are you to bring your dog if they are coughing.
